Former Hialeah Mayor Julio Martinez suffered major injuries as he was struck a car while he helped a friend change a tire on I-95. The driver of the car that struck him reportedly lost control of his vehicle and hit several cars, eventually throwing the former Mayor several feet above the pavement.
